All landscaping services provided by Just Rock Landscapes are subject to a written or verbal service agreement confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms will be communicated prior to the start of any project or service. For ongoing maintenance services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled visit. For construction and remodeling projects, deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
